Add this word to your vocabulary... Bliss.

When's the last time you felt bliss? Utterly and totally emersed in joy and giddiness.

Definition of bliss... My definition is to feel absolute pure giddiness that life is everything you want it to be and you are basking in the joy of it.

If you listen to Joe Dispenza and so many others, he talks about the feeling.

What is this elusive feeling that people like Joe talk about? It’s not something that you automatically feel but it something you intentionally feel until it starts to become second nature to you. It’s something you tap into and remind yourself of every day until, you get that feeling as automatically as waking up and brushing your teeth.

When you begin to consciously feel gratitude for everything around you and everything that's happening, you begin the journey of cultivating bliss... When you begin loving, accepting yourself and giving yourself grace, you are cultivating bliss. When you let go of the past and focus on choosing being happy as opposed to finding happy, you are cultivating bliss. You will begin to see subtle changes in your attitude, in your thoughts and in your everyday perspectives.

I grew up in a spiritual church, reading bible stories about declaring boldly the things you wanted God to do. When you grow up like that, you’re not daunted or surprised by spiritual things, matter a fact you expect it. With that knowledge words are not just words to me, but words have power and you tend to know that "life and death are in the power of your tongue". I say that to say this, anything you desire, speak it and what you don't desire, don't focus on it or speak it.

When I desire bliss or any other good thing, I call it forth like Jesus called Lazarus and I wait with the faith and expectation that it will come. It may take seconds, it may take days, months or years (depending on the call) but I know that what I speak has power and life because I have spoken it.

Now I can’t tell you what your bliss is, only you can decide that. For me, one of my bliss is, when I get to sleep-in on Saturday or Sunday mornings. It’s one of my best feelings. My bed is warm and cozy, I slept good and I’ve woken up at my leisure without an alarm clock. Hmm, hmm-Bliss. I feel incandescently yummy on mornings like that. And I hold onto that feeling all day long. For you it might be watching a great show, or eating something good. Whatever it is, hold onto it, savor it, bask in it, and let that feeling carry you on a blissful day of feel good, so that you will essentially have more and more days like that.

It’s all about the acorn feelings that have the potential to grow into the mighty oak tree of a blissful life. So don’t kick at the little silly happenings of life as if they are no big deal- but use them to create the expansive wonderful life you deserve.

So, add bliss to your vocabulary and cultivate the feeling that goes with bliss and watch the transformation that will begin to take place in your life. There is a place on Earth called Heaven and your own personal Heaven is available to you, if you desire to create it. Tap into your Bliss and begin to create your Heaven right here on Earth. But remember bliss and fear cannot co-exist. So, choose which one you desire more and call it forth, in words, in action and in feeling.
